I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Health & Life Coach based in Miami, Florida. With over 15 years of experience in holistic wellness, I integrate clinical bodywork, herbal medicine, holistic nutrition, Ayurveda, and Jyotish into a cohesive, heart-centered approach to healing.

My work is grounded in the understanding that true wellness goes beyond symptom management. I support my clients in creating lasting transformation by reconnecting with the body’s innate intelligence and aligning with Nature’s rhythms. By bridging traditional wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques, I design personalized pathways toward balance, vitality, and deeper self-awareness.
