About your instructor: Carol Jamault is a Certified Health & Life Coach (CHC), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) with over 15 years of experience in therapeutic wellness. Her work combines Eastern wisdom with modern care, helping clients alleviate stress, restore balance and vitality, and promote longevity and deep renewal.
